From International Business to Human-Centric Work
After a successful career in International Business Development, I spent over two decades working in complex, fast-moving corporate environments across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. I held strategic roles in industries such as industrial automation and engineering, digitalisation, and retail, working across countries including Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, China, India, and the UAE.
This experience allowed me to see first-hand how performance, growth, and strategy consistently rise or fall based on one critical factor: how people are treated, supported, and developed.

And I realised something fundamental:
Sustainable success is never just about strategy or results - it’s also about people.
Again and again, I saw that performance issues were rarely about capability or motivation. They were about how people, systems, leadership, and technology interacted, or failed to.
That realisation changed the direction of my work.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of leadership development, emotional intelligence, organisational systems, and strategic transformation.
Through Onward, I partner with organisations to navigate transformation and change, develop core human and leadership capabilities, strengthen communication, and create the conditions for meaningful dialogue through facilitation. I believe sustainable growth happens when people, systems, and leadership evolve together.

I work closely with executives and leadership teams to deepen self-awareness, influence, and clarity, supporting them to lead with intention in fast-evolving and often ambiguous contexts.
