I’m Carolina Serrano, founder of Onward Human Centric Consulting.

After more than two decades in International Business Development, working across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas, I saw first-hand how organisational performance consistently rises or falls based on one factor: how people are treated, supported, and developed.

I witnessed talented people burning out in poorly designed systems, leaders under pressure without the support to grow, and change initiatives driven only by technology rather than a combinanation of it and human needs. That experience reshaped my work.
